• At the member's own request — through self-exclusion or an account closure application.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members will be notified by email or SMS before their account is closed — except in cases of urgent rule violations. Any valid balance will generally be refunded, though bonuses may be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability
